You, the customer, then has our team assemble onto this platform a suite of food preparation appliances to suit the your exact requirements. The basic equipment layout for a food concession trailer that we recommend you start with includes the following:

- Pressurized hot/cold water supply
- Hot water heater
- 40 gallons fresh water / 50 gallons waste water tank
- Fire extinguisher
- Interior electric lighting
- 2 x Electric outlet for 120 volt AC
- Floor drain
- 2 x propane tanks
- 2 x trailer jacks
- Powered exhaust fan
- Sliding food service window
- Fold up/down metal awning over service window
- Lockable entrance door
- Outside counter shelf
- Highway brake & signal lights, trailer hitch ball
- Under counter dry storage compartments with cam latches
